Our flagship product, ListRank, takes the raw property lists you pull from tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, DealMachine, and Propwire and turns them into a ranked, prioritized call sheet — in under 60 seconds.

Every property in your list gets scored across three dimensions: Motivation (absentee ownership, probate, pre-foreclosure, long tenure), Equity (assessed value vs. outstanding mortgage balance), and Fit (property type, size, and condition signals). The result is a 0–100 deal score that tells you exactly who to call first — before you spend a single dollar on skip tracing.
